From the Home Page click 'Sign In'

Existing NFB Customers

  • Check Existing Organization and enter your account number.
  • Under User Information enter your First Name, Last Name and email address.
  • If you would like to receive updates by email, check the box under email address.
  • Enter your daytime phone number.
  • Enter your user name and password that you will be using to sign in.
  • Confirm the password entered.
  • You will be advised by email when your account has been approved. Until your account is approved, you will be treated as guest user in the online store.
  • After your account is approved, you will need to sign in again to gain full access to the online store.

New NFB Customers

  • Check New Organization and enter your organization name and address details.
  • If you would like to receive updates by email, check the box under email address.
  • Enter your daytime phone number.
  • Confirm the password entered.
  • You will be advised by email when your account has been approved. Until your account is approved, you will be treated as guest user in the online store.
  • After your account has been approved, you will need to sign in again to gain full access to the online store.

Change or cancel an order

Please contact Sales and Customer Service as soon as possible. (We cannot cancel an order once it has been shipped.) You will be asked your name, email address, order confirmation number, if available, and the product you wish to cancel.

View all your orders

At any time from the online store, you can view your orders by clicking on 'Order Tracker'. From there you can view all orders as well as search for orders using various criteria. If you wish to combine several different orders to save on shipping costs, please contact Sales and Customer Service.
